We have a social worker available between 09.30 and 17.00 on working weekdays.

We are based in Terminal 3 arrivals, level 1, above WH Smiths and Boots. Our offices are signposted in yellow signs, and we are located halfway along the balcony.

Our service available between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs Mon to Fri and we are closed on bank holidays.
